Christmas Last Post For Cyprus
All surface mail to the UK and Europe, the deadline has been set at December 5, with the airmail final date being December 15. To ensure that the airmail items are delivered on time, customers are advised to post their items on or before last dates of posting.
DVDs, gifts and items from British-based online shops such as Amazon be advised that the final postal date from the UK to Cyprus for guaranteed Christmas delivery is on December 10.
The British Forces Post Office in Cyprus is recommending that their customers send all UK bound parcels and letters before November 21 to ensure Christmas delivery. Full details of BFPO postal routes and seasonal services are now online at www.bfpo.mod.uk

From Cyprus to New Zealand
These are our friends Lars, Kim, Samantha and Michelle who have now started a new life in the far off shores of New Zealand having sailed all the way from Cyprus!! We first met Kim & Lars here in Larnaca where we were all staying on our sailing boats in Larnaca Marina. Back then Larnaca Marina was a village made up of sailors from all over the world who spent many, many happy times wintering in Cyprus. As we all know there are plans to completely upgrade Larnaca Marina in conjuction with Larnaca Port. I understand that the accepted tender has been challanged so we await with baited breath to see the final outcome. Here’s hoping for a speedy conclusion as we at Kaimar do feel that a new improved Marina will really put Larnaca on the map and even more reason for buying property in Larnaca. We will keep you posted
